Dear ETR Insider,
Jason Holland

We've written about Early to Riser Julie Broad before.

A few years ago, this former office worker from British Columbia turned real estate investor was interested in putting together an online business. She wanted to help people bypass the hurdles she and her husband had faced as newbie real estate investors... and add an additional income stream to their bottom line at the same time.

But Julie had a problem. She didn't know much about doing business online. And she didn't want to spend years studying marketing and the Internet. She wanted results fast.

And she got the results she was looking for. Julie launched her website (Revnyou.com, aimed at real estate investors) without being derailed by any major roadblocks or pitfalls -- and started making money from it almost right away. It took only 90 days for her to bring in $5,000 A MONTH in revenues.

And today, her online business continues to grow.

You Could Do It Too!

As we wind down 2010 and get into the heart of the holiday season... it's easy to start putting things off until "after the new year."

But if one of your goals is to set up an extra stream of income -- which, as Michael Masterson says, is the only way you can ever hope to become truly wealthy -- that's one thing you can't put off.

Check out the Internet Money Club to find out if an online business is the way you'd like start bringing in money on the side every month. (And, at some point, replace your primary income from your full-time job.)

The IMC is under the direction of self-made Internet entrepreneur Brian Edmondson (who's been running the show for three years now). He is a motivator, mentor, and hands-on coach.

Brian not only teaches total online "newbies" how to set up and update their own websites, he shows them how to grow real, sustainable businesses. That means helping them do market research to figure out if their business ideas can be profitable, helping them create saleable products, giving them strategies for driving traffic to their websites and compelling visitors to sign up for their e-mail lists (which is key), and much, much more.

The business model Brian teaches really works. It's the one that took ETR from its humble beginnings as advice-filled e-mails that Michael sent to a few dozen clients and colleagues 10 years ago... to the industry leader it is today. It's the model that made Agora, Inc. a $300 million company. The model that Brian himself used to make $15,000 in just a week. The model that the most successful online businesses use every day. And, of course, it's the model that we promise can have you bringing in your first sales from your brand-new Internet venture just months after you sign up for the IMC.

Real Results

As I mentioned above, that's what happened to IMC alumna Julie Broad.

Last week, I told you about PJ McClure , who was able to quit his six-figure job to devote himself to his online business -- www.themindsetmaven.com -- less than a year after joining the IMC. (So far this year, he's got $85,000 in sales.)

Pete Genot, an IMC member from Ohio, is working toward getting out of the volatile auto parts industry he's in now... and dedicating himself fully to his online health and fitness business, www.thehealthyminute.com.

And earlier this week, you heard from IMC member John Marsh. John has excelled in several businesses, including construction and real estate, and now he's turned to Early to Rise to get another stream of income started online. We'll keep you posted on his progress.

I urge you to check out all the details about the Internet Money Club today.

Just last weekend, we launched the 2011 class of the IMC, and dozens of your fellow Early to Risers have already signed on. Keep in mind that we have to limit membership to make sure we can give every member the personal help and attention they need. And because the new class starts the first week of January, you have to get in by the deadline.

Go here to find out what you'll learn in the IMC, what you can accomplish in a very short time... and to hear the real stories of people who've done it.

Holiday Traditions

This time of year is always fun at ETR. Being in South Florida, we never have a "White Christmas" -- although the temperatures have been dipping below freezing lately! But we still have a great time celebrating.

We have Christmas decorations and a menorah in the office. Cookies, fudge, and other treats seem to show up every day. And, of course, each team member has his or her own holiday traditions. Nicole Reynolds, for example, visits her family in Jamaica every year. I take my family up to Disney World for their special Christmas celebration. And Nicole Farago enjoys a huge Italian feast with her family from up north.

So... what about you? What holiday traditions do you celebrate in your office or at home?

Let me know at AskETR@ETRFeedback.com.

Until next week,

Jason Sig
